My Story

Hi, I’m Helen, a coach and psychologist who helps people rebuild their confidence and wellbeing from the inside out. After being diagnosed with two painful chronic health conditions, I learned just how powerful the mind can be when you have the right awareness, support, and habits. It taught me that real change starts with understanding yourself, what helps you grow, what holds you back, and what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll explore what you need to feel your best, strengthen your mindset, and build the confidence and balance to create a life that feels genuinely fulfilling.
