Having been diagnosed with two long-term health conditions myself, I understand the realities of rebuilding confidence, identity, and balance after setbacks. That experience led me to specialise in return-to-work and confidence coaching, combining my expertise as a coach and psychologist with the lived experience that employees in these situations deeply relate to and trust.
